these are the designs i used to make the sheriff that likes to toucher animals when no one is around. though i need to add in elements to his custom that shows this more through animal skin added to his outfit with maybe a little animal tail hanging out of his pocket to imply he has a small animal in the pocket. The outfit he is wearing is a high class upper class suit with a cane and monocle to give that sort of snobbish feel of the English. His stomach size is to make him feel like hes older and has issues with himself and his image and thats why he takes things out on the animals. I might slim him down later on depending on how it feels.
